Customer Technical Service Engineer – Technical Sales Structural

You will be an essential bridge between customers and the technical team. Providing crucial support to customers specifying and using my client’s products, answering technical questions, and building long-term relationships. This role is integral to business development; granting insights into customers' projects and challenges.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Timber or Structural Engineering (or other) 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Providing expert technical support to customers who are specifying or using the company’s products in their projects.
• Resolving technical issues promptly and accurately, primarily for structural engineers.
• Building strong relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for technical questions.
• Liaising between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback and needs are communicated effectively within the organization.
• Helping to foster new business development opportunities through your interactions with customers.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, technology, and market needs to better support customers.

• Timber experience and or knowledge an asset

This position is located in Vancouver, BC, Canada with the potential for other locations across Canada and remote work.
