Junior Project Manager – Construction Management Buildings

My client is a rapidly growing company currently seeking a Project Manager. They serve the private and public sector, with a wide range of projects to work on. Lots of opportunity for career growth available!

Responsibilities:

• Establish project budget and schedule targets
• Work with clients to define project goals and risks
• Hire and oversee project design teams
• Provide feedback to the design team to ensure quality and cost targets are being met
• Procure consultants and contractor teams for each project as needed
• Coordinating all owner-supplied fit-out equipment, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Provide continuous client contact by acting as the primary source of all client communications
• Provide feedback and ideas that allow for continuous improvement to company processes
• Contribute to the firm’s ability to generate new clients and project work

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in building and infrastructure projects
• Strong business insight and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Capable of handling various types of projects
• Excellent time management and delegation skills
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• PMP, P.Eng, and LEED AP certifications are assets
